Barbati,Prinias and Nearby

Barbati and its fantastic long beach is nestled on the north east coast of the Corfu between the resorts of Pyrgi and the village of Nissaki. Scattered along Barbati beautiful beach, several tavernas and cafés can be found which overlook the beach and sea. The bustling resort of Pyrgi offers a host a large variety of amenities from lively bars, to quaint little tavernas and can be found within a 3 minute drive, whilst the small bustling fishing village of Nissaki can be found within a 5 minute drive away. Barbati offers a great holiday location for those wishing to be set in peaceful countryside location, with a lovely beach and a few local tavernas close at hand, whilst being able to reach a bit of ‘life’ within a short drive away.

Within 20 minutes drive you can reach several Corfiot Traditional villages such us ,Spartila,Perithia,Episkeps,Lafki while The abandoned Byzantine Village of old Perithis is a 30 min drive away.

The villa is ideally situated for snorkeling ,cycling, trekking and bird watching.

On our beach you can moor a boat to explore the coastline by day or go snorkelling, fishing, etc.
You can also take walking trips to nearby villages, or mount Pantokrator from where views to the entire island and Albania are breathtaking.
Using a car you can explore the whole island as from south to north is aprox. 90 Km long and the widest is 20 Km.
We strongly advise our guests to hire mountain bikes as the area is called the cyclers paradise.
Water sports are nearby,in Barbati beach while a waterpark is 15 km away. Golf courseis some 25 Km away. The closest tennis court is 500mts away at the nearby hotel resort.

There is no better way to explore the coastline and discover deserted bays and coves with their translucent water to add to the overall enjoyment of your holiday. Small boats and speedboats can be pre-booked through us prior to departure and we recommend early reservations, especially in July and August, as availability is limited.

We can suggest you a couple of rather reliable local firms that can deliver your car either at the airport or at the villa free of charge.
