Kassiopi is a picturesque fishing village that has been converted to a chic holiday resort mainly with upmarket villas.
Walking the local alleys facing a celebrity is not a surprise.
It is surrounded with beaches and fine eateries while the harbour bars can easily addict one to fine cocktails .
Nearby Avlaki and san Stefano are suggested for dinner by the sea.
Kassiopi is 6 Kms from Antinioti lake a flora and fauna protected area and some 8 km from the Byzantine village of Perithia (holly -around).
The village was built in a valley so pirates could not reach it,and is a protected world heritage surrounded by churches at all its peremeter.

On our beach you can moor a boat to explore the coastline by day or go snorkelling, fishing, etc.
You can also take walking trips to nearby Kassiopi castle or byzantine village of Old Perithia, or the lake Antinioti.
Using a car you can explore the whole island as from south to north is aprox. 90 Km long and the widest is 20 Km.
We strongly advise our guests to hire mountain bikes as the area is called the cyclers paradise.
Water sports are nearby ,at Bataria Beach while golf is some 40 Km away. The closest tennis court is 4KM away at a nearby hotel resort.
Location
Kassiopi is a bustling village while with all amenities nearby while Kassiopi Beach Villa is on the North end.
A 4 min walk through a quite beach road leads to Kassiopi downtown.

There is no better way to explore the coastline and discover deserted bays and coves with their translucent water to add to the overall enjoyment of your holiday. Small boats and speedboats can be pre-booked through us prior to departure and we recommend early reservations, especially in July and August, as availability is limited.
