This spectacular Beach house offers unlimited sea views ,and privacy by its slightly elevated position.
It s massive and rather impressive pool dominates the garden.
Just steps from the beach, this delightful 5 bedroom Beach House sleeps up to 10 people.
The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen open plan sitting area with wide openings to the pool and the ocean.
The ground floor,also, compromises two bedrooms ,a double and a twin that can be converted to double with a shared bathroom.
Up the stairs there are a double bedroom with an additional bed if necessary ,over looking the beach and a loft smaller bedroom ideal for children with two singe beds plus a bathroom with shower.
Ocean Breezes ,fill the area keeping you comfortable day and night.
The front veranda is ideal for al fresco dinning with spectacular sea views , equipped with a convenient gas BBQ.
Inviting Hammocks around the pool provide top relaxation reading a book or enjoying a glass of wine under the full moon.
A fine beach taverna by your doorstep is a plus for those sunset dinners.

Evita’s Beach House is located on one of the few pristine beaches of Corfu. It is almost 40′ drive from Corfu Town, 5 miniutes drive from the local Village Karousades and Roda and 20 meters to the Beach. This is a quiet sandy beach . It offers unparalleled natural beauty and tranquility in a beautiful island setting.
NEAR THE VILLA
Access to Evitas Beach House is rather easy from two main Corfiot roads either by the beach route or by the inner road.
WHAT TO DO
Roda and Acharavi Beach on the one side and Sidari beach on the other side which are very long sandy beaches of about 3 km, of the most impressive of Corfu, spreads along both sides of teh villa. An impressive natural landscape that has remained unchanged from the tourist movement. With a sandy beach and shallow, waters, they are ideal for families with young children and relaxing moments by the sea. It is also famous for the wonderful sunset, while, although the area boasts of the most popular beaches on the island, its area is never crowded.
CORFU

There is no better way to explore the coastline and discover deserted bays and coves with their translucent water to add to the overall enjoyment of your holiday. Small boats and speedboats can be pre-booked through us prior to departure and we recommend early reservations, especially in July and August, as availability is limited.
