There is no better way to explore the coastline and discover deserted bays and coves with their translucent water to add to the overall enjoyment of your holiday. Small boats and speedboats can be pre-booked through us prior to departure and we recommend early reservations, especially in July and August, as availability is limited.

We can suggest you a couple of rather reliable local firms that can deliver your car either at the airport or at the villa free of charge.

This property is amazing.
Fantastic views,excellent privacy ,very good size pool,chic interior design,sparklig clean,comfortable indoors with very good quality beds.
Kiki our host was fantastic and caring while being so descreat.
She organized our transfers reasonably and smooth in 15 min we were at the property enjoying the pool.
Pyrgi is only 5 min walk,thus we rented a car and explored the whole island.
Highly recomended.

When we arrived we were so pleasantly surprized with the warm welcome ,and with every little detail that was organized perfectly for us .

Very exeptional property in the upmarket are of Pyrgi,quiet in the nature , while all amenities are just 10 min walk at pyrgi promedade.
The welcome hamper was a very nice gesture we were not expecting as well as the beach towels.

Beautiful location. This spacious, well furnished and comfortable villa is very close to the beach, many bars and restaurants. Situated in a quiet location you get the best of both worlds. We loved the amazing views and had much fun enjoying the pool under the sun and having a bbq almost every day. The rooms were modern, each one with their own bathroom. The villa was sparkling clean. Kiki is an excellent host and helped us with everything. Your enjoyable stay is her only concern. We are already booking for 2020!

The villa is amazing, with stunning views that will made our stay. Not to mention, the bedrooms, living room, kitchen porch and pool are all pristine. We were 5 people, and the villa still felt roomy and nice with enough space for everyone. We didn’t have a car or bikes, so for our entire vacation we used public transportation. The bus stops were a 5 minute walk from the villa, which definitely prevented a hassle. The fact that the port was so close really helped us as well, definitely an amazing location what with us having supermarkets, bars, and tavernas a 10 minute walk away.
Kiki was lovely, she was kind and helpful, answering any questions we had both before our arrival and afterwards. 100% made our trip that much better.

We had a wonderful stay at Kiki’s place. Set close to Ipsos (walking distance to lots of shops, bars and restaurants), there is a picturesque sea view. There is a lovely clean pool, comfortable sun loungers and plenty of room inside .. Kiki was on hand for advice and booked our transfers to and from airport. We had a very relaxing stay here. Would definitely recommend! We’ll be back !!
