If it is uniqueness and exclusivity that make a place desirable and sought after then St Nicholas Beach house is such a place. Nature itself dictates that there are but a few front row seats to witness locations of outstanding beauty from and that these need be reserved well in advance.
The drive up to this great house gives some clue of the view one would experience once reaches the property – but nothing really prepares for the wow sight when get there.
To say it is breathtaking is not doing it full justice.
The views from the house are relentlessly glorious.
At Nightime ,lit by the stars or the moon is far beyond imagination.
You could be on top of the world, it certainly feels like it.
Not many houses in the Greek islands can equal the position (on a peninsula), comfort and privacy of this excellent beach house.
An all-around sea view(the plot has a beach facade of 200mts with two beaches) which turns into an all-round dramatic sunset in the evenings.
Sitting on a low cliff, surrounded by beautiful gardens with a path through a “rain forest” that leads to two different isolated , beaches.
In this house, one meets facilities far better than expected,according to our guests comments.
Although air-conditioned throughout, the villa’s position benefits from an every afternoon light breeze turning it into a cool haven to escape the heat of the summer sun.
The whole property is private, secure and walled or fenced. Accommodation
Pool level floor
There is an entirely open plan sitting area that overlooks the sea all around and the dramatic horizon pool. The kitchen-open plan-area is connected with both sides of the house with outside covered terraces suitable for dinning. On of those holds the bbq area as well.
On the pool level floor there is a twin bedroom with bathroom ensuite that can be converted into a Euro king size double.
Upper Floor
It holds two master bedrooms with Large Euro king size beds and top quality matresses and linen, with jacuzzi bathroom ensuite which lead to open terraces with spectacular views over the pool and the sea.
A third bedroom(can be used as a childrens bedroom so parents can supervise their children)with two single beds or a Euro king size double ,with top quality matress and en suite shower.
On the ground floor
As we enter the house we come across the Indoor heated pudle pool with ozone therapy spa(suitable for winter months),next to the steamroom and sauna.
Next area is a recreation room with full size pool table tv room and fully equiped gym.
There is also a big twin bedroom that can be converted into double King size (180×200) suitable for people with special needs or older people, with en suite bathroom with bath and shower. The terrace looks east to the main garden and enjoys spectacular sea views

All our single beds can be converted to doules with zipped top quality matresses (Large Euro King Size,160×200) or King Size (180×200) depending on guest’s needs.
All matresses (Istikball Grand Suite)and linen are of high quality to ensure a good night’s sleep.

Wow! What a stunning place.
We stayed for a family reunion last summer and loved it.The villa is really spacious and clean with facilities we could not expect. The location is unique. Excellent snorkeling in the private bay.Privacy all around.Very nice, discreet, and professional staff.

This villa is amazing with everything you could ask for. the views from balconies all over the villa and infinity pool are stunning. hot tub,bbq area,pool,gym etc . pyramid restaurant and bar nearby are good and there are a couple towns a few kilometres away with great restaurants. the road into the villas electric gates are interesting with a pretty steep hill. absolutely loved it and will be back at some point. kiki who met us at the villa too was lovely,she brought around a cake for us which was a nice touch .happy holidays
The house is lovely, spacious and perfect for our family. The pool and bbq area is great if you don’t want to go out and fancy staying home for a day. Having a private family home like this to stay in made our holiday all the more special.The beaches by the house are amazing for snorkeling and absolutely isolated. The house is a short 5 minute drive from Acharavi and Kassiopi towns if you want a night in crowds. There is no better way to see the Coast than from a boat and if you ask Kiki she will arrange everything for you..

This villa is probably the best we ever booked for a family holiday in our case catering for all the needs of adults teenagers and children.
An absolute delight
Its fantastic location just a few steps of the beach perfect for an early morning cup of tea or an evening glass of wine.
Nearby restaurants are perfect within a few minutes walk.
Perfect sandy beach at nearby St Spyridon with good facilities.
Hiring a boat is a must,the coastline is absolutely superb!

Excellent beach property.
We have stayed at St nicholas and we love it.
We left with tears in our eyes.
It is perfect to the last detail,we hire a car and only leave the villa for provisions.
My youngest loves the beaches by the villa ,he snorkells in the crystal clear waters all day long.
It s far better than pictures or videos show ,as they can’t show the atmosphere or the sea and nature’s aromas.

In details our comments:
1. Small things which we received on our arrival as bread, wine and some other things were great and highly appreciated. Just these small, small things some people do not pay attention but they impress a lot. Presents on our departure were unexpected and very highly appreciated too
2. Kiki’s welcome was great and all her service during our stay. We had some problems and she decided them for us quickly.
3. Villa is maintained very well. The cleaning service on the lady was great. We asked her to come 11 o’clock and she was there on this time even we confuse a bit her plans. Very nice.
4. There are small things which impress us a lot. There are many places where you can relax and see the sea on the villa. Barbeque area and swimming pool were more than great.
In Genera amazing stay with very big care for us. Thank you a lot!!!

We had a great time at St nicholas beach house. Everything was perfect, Kiki and Ionella were fantastic. My only suggestion would be to invest in a pool cover to keep the heat in at night in the cooler season?! The pool was always very warm and perfect though.

Amazing and wonderful escape
A perfect wonderful escape. Every detail was beautifully managed from the amazing chef Efi and her assistant Maria who made the most wonderful dinners every night for our group. The care and attention from the villa team to make this a special stay was very much appreciated. A magical five days for our friends and family and we will come back for sure. Thank you!

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at the St Nicholas beach villa. The vills is located in a most beautiful, private location with breathtaking views in all directions. Kassiopi and Kalami are pretty beach towns that are 18 and 25 minutes away by car offering shopping and a great selection of restaurants.There’s also a number of tavernas on the beach at St Spyridon which are within walking distance from the villa. The owner proved really helpful before and during our stay and has a great team supporting him who are there to look after all your needs . A great experience..

Once you reach the main entrance i just stood admiring the allround views and the garden .
